Datuk Wan Mohammad Khair-il Anuar (1/1960 - 5/2016)

W5 Architects is a direct continuation of W&W Architects which was founded by the late Datuk Wan back in the 1990's.

Born and raised in Kuala Kangsar, he received his early education in Clifford School and Sekolah Menengah Sains Kedah. His architecturally rich hometown inspired him to pursue architecture at Kingston University London, England.

On 5th of May 2016, he passed away in a helicopter crash in Sarawak and was laid to rest at Al-Ghufran Royal Mausoluem Kuala Kangsar, Perak Darul Ridzuan. Al-Fatihah.
